now i understand why BOK house got torn down

at first i was shock that the BOK house was actually torn down.

i mean it did look nice, but some mother fucker said it had no historical value just some rich man's house.

during christmas, i balik kampung in taiping, and the house where my late great grandmother was staying has been sold.

the old house was rather old as well, not sure how old, maybe 70 years ? known to many as "KOTA" house along simpang road.

the relative sold the house as it was some kind of financial burden i guess.

i guess unlike our 'ah moh' brethen, a financial burden is a financial burden. irespect whether it has any historical value or not.

so which is why i can understand why the BOK house was torn down, if our own family houses are being torn down, what do you expect of other ppl family ?

its time to go fuck the gamen.

as 2006 comes nearer to an end, most anti establishment bloggers have somehow mia. maybe most of them are fed-up and cant be bothered anymore. as there is nothing anyone can do, bolehland is definitely becoming a one fraternity dominant country.

the current fraternity group has become so blatantly daring, by robbing us in broad day light by giving so much kindergarden explaination that has no logic and sense put together.

under the current fraternity group rulling, price of petrol has increase, prices of utilities both electricity tariffs and water rates has also increase after given assurance that both of these items will not increase after the surge of petrol prices. plus toll has also increase during the year, next year inter klang valley tolls will also be raised. with all these increase, some idiots in this fraternity group actually has the ballzs to say that prices of food will not increase. standard price of noodles has increase from RM3.00 to RM3.50-4.00 through the year.

and after increasing all the burden of the ppl, they pay a bonus to themselve some RM600 million, and if that is not enough, billions were allocated to bail out particularly mas, star-lrt & putra-lrt. and if that is still not enough, billions were compensated to toll operators of losses suffered from inadequate toll hikes.

i'm very puzzle, mas recently has been overbooked, both star & putra are packed like sardines since traffic coordination in klang valley is hopeless, toll roads are also packed with cars trying to avoid jammed road, with all these massive profits, why why in gods name, a bail out is still necessary ?

i know why, you know why, we all know why. what are we going to do about it ?

SUPPORT STRIKES & DEMONSTRATION,

i have ask many ppl to support demonstrations and strikes, and these are the normal responses that i get,

1. there is no difference, it cant change a thing, why bothered.
2. i dont want to get whack-kau by the FRU
3. i dont want to be arrested.

unlike demonstration in those anwar days, these demonstration are VERY PEACEFUL, as much as sometimes, demonstrators get distracted by their own agenda, it is still rather peaceful.

the only unruly demonstration that happen this year was done by our umno youth at the US embassy lead by some vip son in law, i was dissapointed the US embassy didnt shoot him ! and yet that was still called peaceful.

the reasons i ask ppl to support demonstration is because it will affirm your hatred in the gamen as i have already.

support means not standing in the front line but to observe by standing around. and to report all the happenings in the blogs to tell the world how bolehland is being run.

some ppl might say that is no differnce from not attending at all, this is what i say, first i support, then i join.

the bigger the crowd the more attention it will attract. if the crowd is more by 10 times the FRU, the FRU will definitely not be beating any peaceful demonstrators, as logic prevails.

come this 7 jan 2007, at the LDP to bear witness and to tell others.

7 jan 2007 time to strike back !

we should all terminate our streamyx account

finally it has happen to me, after reading countless letters and post of disgruntle streamyx customer, my streamyx has finally failed on me. after slightly over a year, with hardly any problem and after downloading for more than 330Gb, my streamyx P2P is currently trickling at 3Kb.

plus my previous post on whether paying over RM1,000 for downloading all sorts of shit is worth it, it all come down to this. if this 3kb continues, i will definitely cancelled my streamyx. i will of course call up the 1-300 no. and give my shit to them before terminating my service. yes i will emphasize that the only purpose i got streamyx was to download via p2p, if you cant deliver i'm not subscribing.

there is astro anyway. heroes might come, maybe later, prison break season episode 14, i'll have to wait. battlerstar galactica 3, later as well. and i'm only paying RM50 for astro compare to RM90.

and lastly, no thanks to pak lah hush hush to the daily media on the toll increase,

FUCKING TOLL RATES
HAS FUCKING INCREASE
MANY FUCKING FOLDS

more bail out

more bail out, RM11 billion all together.

funny i thought MAS made a turn around and recorded a profit for the current quarter.

both putra and lrt are pack like sardines during working hours.

why the need for bail out ?

i'm curious, i'm sure the public is curious as well, but our ignorant MP dont seem to see anything wrong with that.

strangely, the bail out is seem more important than the 40% increase in salary by the civil servant.

it sure does tell me something if i'm a civil servant, the leader of the pack must feed his ever hungry belly, than the deputies, the assistant, the followers and finally the left overs for the civil servant.

you know what, maybe streamyx will be asking for a bail out as well, once they cannot support all the ever increasing phone calls they receive daily.

RM1,400 for streamyx per annum ?

i've just realised that for one year of streamyx subscription, i need to pay RM90+RM26 (streamyx+telephone rental) per month. which comes to abt RM1,400.

come to think of it, its quite a lot of money just to serve the net and to download some shit.

is it really worth it ?

maybe for those that got all the $$$ coming in from blogging, wont mind, but for ppl like me that just does it for fun, come on RM1,400 a year ?

i think i got to think abt this seriously.

malaysian radio station sucks

dont you find our local radio station a little stale ?

hitz - two dudes that laugh like some sick hyena, constantly playing the yes no game. has no information to provide, other than the latest craze around. has empty conversation and its not funny anymore. it was much better when jason lo was around. but ja lo nowaday can put u to sleep in the evening slot as well.

mix - janet ambrose meets ahpek. remember janet ambrose way back in radio 4 then, it was this irritating women that goes on and on on things that dont matter and stories that no one can relate to. thats what shazmin reminds me of. and with a combination with richard, its like east meet west, it dont blend. occasionally there are some useful talks like world whatever day.

fly - i suppose its a in-between of hitz and mix. but really i think fly has past his prime. he was very entertaining then with not so entertaining lil’ kev. and phat fabes ? he sounds something a little milder than the morning crew.

so i have now taken to listen to chinese stations, not that i trully understand canton

my fm - in the morning, where they fuck the gamen in the morning, thats all i like abt them

98.8 - where 1 hilarious gay like guy host with a chick. these duo for me personally beat the crap out of hitz, mix & fly morning show combine.

but i feel like the radio stations are quite specifically aim at a specific age/race market.

my kind of radio station,

maybe one that starts the day by going through the local daily and fuck off anything that is politically wrong and followed by some kick ass songs (i realised most station dont play black ppl songs), like public enemy, dr. dre, 2 live crew (yes i know censorship). then follow by call in on how to kick more gamen ass and follow by more kick ass songs. thats a morning show. "good morning vietnam - robin william" ring any bell ? i wonder if mr. kanineh patrick teoh still host radio show i'm not aware of.

when i die, i'm taking all my organs with me, stock and barrel

recently some of those organ donors volunteers approach me and ask whether i would like to donate my organs when i die. as usual as just wave my hand and head saying i'm not interested.

but now come to think of it, i dont think i would want to give any parts away when i die.

why am i such a mother fucker ?

firstly put it this way, when i'm alive i have to pay for my own ever escalating medical bills, but when i die they want to take it away just like that, just because i dont need it ? its like when i'm alive they ask me to go fuck off, but when i die, how may i serve you sir ? but of course i'm dead then and i wont be able to reply.

secondly knowingly malaysia hospital as a all profitable hospital, with their policy of no money go fuck yourself thing, how sure am i that my organ will go to ppl that trully deserve not all those corrupted rich mother fuckers ? worst still my organs end up with some umno mofo like the nazi guy. why the fuck would i want to help those ppl that dont deserve to live but can because they have zillions of money ?

and lastly, only if they can assure me that my organs will only be donated to my family members, i'm not interested.

if we were more socially concern the 3 brothers wont be dead

funny, i cant seem to stop thinking of the 3 brothers that died last week.

it kinda stuck in my head, which made me think why nobody help them. not financially but emotionally.

why didnt anyone care enough, to look into thier plight. why didnt anybody came and see when the kids was suffocating to death ? its not a bungalow, its a freaking low cost flat, the walls are razor thin, shouting and all sorts of commotion normally attracts ppl.

i'm sure the parents has quarrel before. heated arguments no doubt. its normally loud and threats are occasionally made. why didnt anyone care ?

sometime ago, a family that live a floor down from mine, was quarelling rather loud, too loud for all concern neighbour, some of us came down and to our surprise, the father was holding a knife, while the rest of the family was huddling to one corner of the hall. the man made no attempt to hurt anyone, but he didnt look like an angel either. soon we call the guards and with the help from some elderly couples, the man drop the knife. some time after they moved out.

as much as asians are suppose to be friendly ppl, but whenever there are issues concerning family matters, most ppl shy away claiming that its non of our business as it concern family.

put it this way, if some ppl were to be more concern that day, that 3 boys would not be dead, yes the parents might hate you but the innocents are saved.

come to think of it my new neighbour seems to shout at their kids a lot, and the kids would beg the parents not to whack them, maybe i should call social wallfare. before its too late...

Wednesday, December 06, 2006

there has been much talk in the neighbourhood abt that couple that killed their 3 sons.

it is difficult to understand how someone can actually kill off their own off springs. not an unborn child, not a few hours child, but a fully grown 8,10 & 12 year old kid, with a total combine of 30 years between them. in which you actually feed them and care for them once ago. now nothing.

to actually look them in the eye and to convince them that it was for the best, make them drink bleach and rat poison, then watch them suffocate and suffer before dying slowly right in front of their very eyes. taking a sword or shooting them with a pistol would be much less painful, but to actually cause slow painful death under your watchful eyes is just plain hitler.

its cruel and in-human for parents to commit such hideous crime, as you must understand that young children look up to their parents for guidance and love. and to have such parents to convince them that death is the only solution, its parenting 101 gone 100% wrong.

the only punishment these animals deserve is life sentence, hanging or shooting (i dont think we have that in malaysia) them will be too easy. lethal injection would also recommended. but a life sentence without parole would be the best, as they must now live out their eternal life knowing very well that they themself killed off their own children, not the ah long or other family members or relatives. and how do you recover from such dramatic experience, i have no fucking idea, and for the mother i wont be surprise if she kill herself.

so does this mean the parents deserve to die now ?

that is not for us to decide, if we decide that, than we are no different from them, as the parents decide to play god and murder their own children.

Dressing down in kelantan

Once again, the kelantan msp are making headlines again.

And whenever they are making local headlines, you can be sure its something on making a women life more difficult in kelantan.

From separate payment counter to banning traditional dances, the kelantan govt has practically done everything to convince the world that it is the least eye popping place on earth. Its like a direct opposite if you were ever to stroll down the beach in Rio de Janeiro.

But honest to god, I don’t know what is the real issue here as most of the grumbles I hear is from here not kelantan.

Yes I am not from kelantan and I do not know the culture well there as well, but neither do you. Maybe most kelantanese actually like the idea. Less provoking outfit.

I don’t really see a big issue here. ask youself this question, would you like your daughter to dress to kill ? or your husband to ogle at scantily dressed women, well do you ?

So what if the kelantan gamen requires women to dress down, no life is lost, no sacrifice is required, actually it does more good than any harm.

human rights ? well some ppl might agree that it is that human rights not to see scantily dressed women.

why ppl still vote for BN

yes, why do ppl still vote for BN.

they never kept their promises. they lie. they squandrel all you tax payers money for their own pleasure. they go for holidays to places you can only dream off with your money. then every 4-5 fives, they come and visit you and ask for your support, and you gladly support them.

why, why do ppl still vote for something they dont believe in.

i guess it has nothing to do with believe. believe its just a fairy tale story. ppl continue to do so because they have no choice.

not everyone lives in a city like KL or penang or JB or even shah alam for that matter. they live in small township with maybe 4 streets. like kampar, bidor, tapah, gopeng, sitiawan, lumut, (sorry i hail from perak).

but look at this small town nowadays. its not small anymore. its quite large now.

then sitiawan was only famous for its kg. koh. now sitiawan has practically all the banks in malaysia. kampar, the only thing i remembered was its 3 streets and the chicken biscuit, now unitar is there. and i bet there are many more towns like that. even my home town taiping has grown rather large now, with some residential houses costing RM1 million, so i was told.

without the BN this township would never has grown.

just take salak south, i remembered they re-tarred the road some years back because of some formal function. and the ppl there said it must have been at least 50 years since they last re-tarred the road.

and another obvious reason is the may 13 incident.

personally not being there in 1969 i must say i have no say in this incident and all those that werent there should also have no say in it. if you read abt it, it just sound half bad. even the papers then were already practising censorship. but if you were to ask any chinese that was there k.l. in 1969, you would definitely get a very gross picture. i was told they burn ppl in the cinema. torch them alive.

my guess ppl that live through that incident wont like to talk abt it nor would it like to repeat itselves. best option, vote for the BN or dont vote at all.

so does all this means to vote for pak lah ?

this is what i can say,
in salak south there is a MCA hall. and there is a kindergarden organised by the MCA, most of the residents in salak south sent their kids there and they attend any function held by the MCA, normally free makan. but when election comes, all the votes goes to DAP, every single time.

1st it was expensive then now its dangerous.

1st they started to close the pig farms and the prices of pork went skyrocketing like the prices or petrol.

small pork seller suffers, as lest ppl buy pork and eats more ayam.

then now they tell you that the babi is injection with some kind of shit which is unhealthy if you eat a lot, in case you didnt know, they do the same thing to the ayam, but never made any big headlines.

so now, not only the small pork sellers suffers from low sales, they now suffers from no sales !

dont be surprise if the ayam price went up just like our toll roads.

welcome to malaysia, where the pigs population will soon extinct and the only pigs left are those that belong to some fraternity group.

who the fuck is MSC kidding pulak

last month i had this article who the fuck is TM kidding.

now we have MSC trying to tell the world how great they are. i already thought MSC was a failed project, as the idea of supplying the world with IT knowledge workforce is no where near what India export out even on a monthly basis.

some of the tag lines

" we welcome the world "

"MSC malaysia, the difference between good investment & great investment"

"........world class infrastructure at 3rd world cost"

".......supporting government policies ????"

whose is next ? proton ? no, bridge building and water supply maybe.

imagine the tag line,

"we are the emerging leaders in asian water supply and bridge building, we are commited in making a world of difference in the lives of over 1.8 billion people by building bridges that crack under preasure and water supply that will stink of shit and a load full of rust."

malaysia welcome the world.

fucking in space

i cant remember when i first wrote on malaysia space programme.

i thought it was going to die half way and save us all that public funds. cause really i dont see why we need a space programme other than that idiotic m'sia boleh or m'sia record.

and to think that m'sia 1st astronaut will do teh tarik and print batik is just ridicolous.

if you really one to do something really proud, then bring along a chick and re-define the term mile high club !

oozing cum and teh tarik is the same, white or brown liquid floating in outer space does it make any difference ? fuck no. so stop wasting our public funds and do something useful like masturbate in space or something kinky.

just remember this, the most memorable thing abt the 2006 germany world cup was the head butt, not the cup winners. honestly i thought germany won !

last but not least, as most malaysian tend to forget things.

TEAR THAT FUCKING ISTANA IDAMAN IN KLANG DOWN

amazing race asia hot babe

one chick caught ducky attention while watching the amazing race asia. everyone fav, the still not eliminated filipina duo of aubrey & jacq. aubrey is the tall one. its stated in the amazing race that she is a model.

ok simple arithmetics, you got a chick from the filipino country, she is a model, you add this 2 together you get a hot babe in revealing outfits. filipino fhm issues, has very near naked chick, with stuff, maxim & even playboy.

links ? what for ? thats what google is for ! go google yourself. hot babe like that, hope she last for a while in the race, else ratings might go down.

i hope we dont have self righteous idiots out that might want to disqualify her for posing like this. just you know, one of the previous amazing race contestant was a former penthouse/playboy. victoria something.

heard it on the mix fm this morning, they spoke to that eliminated filipino dude, dude said they lost because the lost their taxi after coming out of the zoo ! taxi ? i thought it was the fucking fast forward ! but he did said if he had a second chance, he might not do the fast forward, but he still blame the taxi thing.

UMNO Street Magic Exposed

Guess now, after UMNO AGM, that the whole world knows that UMNO has got this bad ass magic trick thingy that could rob the ordinary schmuck on the road out of their cash, without them knowing when or how it happened.

Imagine that you have just withdrawn a set amount of cash from ATM, say RM 200, when you were to just walk across the street, you feel this tingly sensation on your ass. Now after the molestation is over, you would find that the cash you had just withdrawn, say 4 RM 50 notes, have been ¨magically¨ turned into 1 RM 50 note and 3 RM 10 notes.

And some smartalex would think that they could circumvent this by putting their wallet on their shirt pocket or for ladies, in their handbag, they would be dissapointed to know that what will happen is that they would still be molested...and robbed..regardless of where the wallet is. For example, if you would have kept your wallet in a safe deposit box, you will still feel as if someone caressing your butt, even if you are at the shitter doing your stuffs, there is no escape from this powerful magic.

The expose...... i am going to describe it as detailed as possible......

1st the molestation. It is to draw your attention away from what is coming after this. Strong signal of fear, suprise and pleasure would be sent to your brain at one go. For the interest of political correctness, lets not call this molestation...lets rename it to ¨the feel good factor¨ (c) AAB

2nd the Phased Vaccum suction deMoneytiser. It is deployed with the victim not realising even a thing. It was said that in the early stages of this magic, the victim could feel some wind sucking near his ass...That is what the first step of this trick the molestation or the Feel good factor is for, to mask this sucking...

Note : the exact change returned to the victim belongs in the realm of extremely high magic that i dont understand.....but suffice to say that the victim would only get exactly 60% of his money in value, sucked away.

And now finally to the most amazing power in the UMNO arsenal.....the ability to give the booty robbed from victims to people of a particular ethnic race..... If UMNO merely just use their usual method of transfering the money to the beneficiary, they wouldnt be amazing would they? Alright, the trick is out.....What UMNO really did was...They HYPNOTISE the particular race to make them THINK that they have been given the booty. Whereas the money had never left UMNO´s hands.

To summarise it, UMNO in fact has done the proverbial ¨TO ROB PETER, THEN THREATEN TO PAY PAUL, THEN LATER CONVINCE PAUL HE HAD RECEIVED PAYMENT WHEN HE HAD NOT¨

So there you have it PAUL...how does it feel to fave UMNO robbing PETER to (alledgedly) pay you when in fact....you dont see one sen of it?

Like they say...PAUL mudah lupa.....

And i´ll say, PETER never lupa...especially come General Election.

the so call protector of a certain race

every fucking year around or about the same fucking time, a certain protector of a certain race of ppl will gather together for a whole fucking week to conduct what you would call an Annual General Meeting.

dressed in their best traditional attire these delegates and representative from each state of the country gave their 1 or 2 cent worth of what they think the party is doing or going to do, but most of the time what they do is just marble polishing their leaders ballsz. like all colleges or universities fraternity, when you have more than a dozen of like minded ppl, you tend to stirr up certain issues normally alone you would not have the ballsz to do or say. unless you are the son of some influential leader.

and while brandishing a certain type of traditional weapon in the air they would proclaim that their race has been left out in the economy planning (which by the way was planned by this ppl as well) and therefore as the so call rightful sons of the earth they demand that a certain policy be affirm to ensure that their race are not left out in the country economy pie.

with all their fraternity brothers cheering them on, they continue to fuck the so call leaders of the other races, claiming that they cannot fuck the primary race leader nor can they challenge the rightful rights and the religion of the sons of the earth.

at the end of the meeting, many hands are shake, new contacts are establish, contracts renewed and awarded, non conforming members are kicked out while more liked minded fraternity brothers are recruited and other than enriching their own fraternity brothers, all this talk abt helping the less fortunate non fraternity members will just have to wait while they go shopping around for another traditional weapon to show off next agm.

boobies and all new season of prison break/battlestar/lost

i kinda feel that when chicks want something from you (non-sexual), they know how to get it from you. easiest way, is when they start talking in a manja manner, follow by cleavage flashing and if that fails, they will stand so close to you that you are bound to rub their boobies. god isnt it great to be a women. they seems to have the ultimately power of persuasion. boobies.

but if you need a favour from the chick, sweet talking and flashing your ballz is not going to work, and if you stand close to them till they can rub your dick, you might be looking at a sexual harrassment suit against you. but of course if you are leng chai then it might work lah. the rest of the average joe just has to try harder.

anyone watching prison break season 2 now ? all i can say, is that, it is better than season 1. season 1 was all abt how scofield trys to break out of prison, season 2 is scofield trying to leave america while the cia/fbi/secret service tries to track him down. i wont say anymore, go watch it. it is currently showing up to episode 10.

not forgetting battlestar galactica season 3. now showing till episode 6, but tonight in the states, it is episode 7, so download might be available from saturday onward. battlestar fair not bad, if you need to download, just take the first 4 episodes, as it is really the continuation from season 2, after that it is the search for earth again.

lost season 3 ? lost interest in the middle episodes on season 2. completely lost. couldnt care less whether they key in whatever code every hour on that 486.

why did i not fuck the gamen today ? i think the gamen is fucking itself pretty good nowadays.

SWAN or sluts ?

there is this tv show on free tv called the swan, where they take a normal human being then hack them into bits and pieces and then piece them up again in near pefect condition and discarding any unwanted bits along the way.

the show starts with some soccer mums or some depressed chick that dont like the way they look or has low esteem because of their so called out of porportion nose, chin, forehead, eyes, boobs, etc etc etc. then they get this once in a life time chance to transformed themself into a new spanking slut !

i'm sorry, i cant help it. because if i so happen were to watch that show that is what i see. normal chick goes for surgery/theraphy/workout then come back and look like a total slut. yes they look like all those porn stars you see on the net. nearly all of them had their boobs made.

most of the time, the transformation made are like a real 180 degrees. cause after the transformation, they dont look anything like the original. if you are single, then i think its all fine. but if you have kids, lets say a 2 year old, i dont think the 2 year old is going to understand why mummy look different now.

and of course all the male partners are happy. who wouldnt ? as your partner now has been turn into a total pornstar. now you dont have to waste hours after hours wanking yourself in front of the monitor.

and finally, the ppl that made the transformation, my guess is they would go to hell after they die. why ? you ask. well why not. what if it was god who made this ppl like that. maybe god had a reason giving you a crooked nose. now you go and play god and changed this crooked nose into a perfect nose, whose fault is it ? imagine a conversation between god and one of the doctors.

god : are you god ?
dr. : no
god : i think u are
dr. : no, u are god, i'm just a servant
god : servant ? u call yourself a servant ?
dr. : yes i am
god : then tell me, which servant tries to out do their master ?
dr. : i dont understand
god : why you changed that girl's crooked nose to a straight one ?
dr. : oic your point, i was trying to make it better.
god : so you are saying that i made it wrong ? i god made a mistake ? is that what u r saying ?
dr. : no, i mean what you did was ok, but i only wanted to correct it.
god : you want to correct god ?
dr. : no, i want to help you iron out some mistakes.
god : mistakes you say.
dr. : not mistakes, over look, i mean.
god : i see, tell you what, since i'm prone in making mistakes, i might just make a mistake and accidentally sent you to hell ! bye !

hurray for singapore !

finally it happen. of all the countries in asia, the smallest of them all but with the biggest balls, in one way or another told the fucking indon to shut the fuck up on their progress in combating the fucking haze.

we all know the indon gamen has no fucking intention to do clear this haze problem. the indon seem to have the same fucking attitude as our dick head leaders. "mind your own business and dont fucking tell me what to do with my ppl or country"

i knew if that little island is covered with haze long enough, they will fuck the indon gamen up. and they indeed did. they have brought this matter up with the UN, asking for assistance in combating the haze issues.

and what had the indon said about this ? there were pissed ! claiming that it wasnt done in the spirit of asia. that singapore had other intention. that this was an asian matter and should be solved within the asian walls not the UN.

spirit of asia ? choking your neighbours with haze is definitely not in the asian spirit. doing nothing about the haze is not the asian spirit. telling us to fuck off when we complained to your embassy is also not in the asian spirit.

bottom line,

fuck you indonesia, hope the UN fuck you up for good.
thumbs up to the republic for having big coconuts.
and as usual bolehland did nothing.

now lets just wait for our foreign minister to say something stupid on this subject.
you can bet on that, since harry fucked us the other time around.
lock and load !

no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

yesterday, pak lah actually had the opportunity to redeem his total lack of confidence to the rakyat, but he blew it away.

the umno council had a meeting and concluded that that klang king ought to resigned his post from the klang municipal.

his position as head of umno klang - retain.

his fortress - not mention

his punishment - hope he repent

defy the sultan - not mention

check his wealth - not mention

what kind of cock and bull council is this ?

the klang king was only advised to quit, not ask to quit, but advised. what the fuck. the man is the head of the town council. the man knows that it is wrong to built a fucking fortress without proper approval but the klang king did it anyway. knowing it and still fucking do it. its like a double wrong. fuckers with powers and authority that abuse it should and must be sack right on the spot and any pension cancelled. no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

i'm quite sure once and twice your fav mamak stall/restaurant would have been torn down for making illegal extensions without approval or tables consficated. now you have a fucking alcatraz in the middle of klang. built without any approval. tear the fucking thing down i say, or i hope some crazy muther fucker torch it down or blow it up to kingdom come. no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

not punish ? why is he not punished ? becaused he made some public statements and cried his eyes out ?? if he was sincere, he would had made that statement the very next day went he was being accused by the DAP. the longer you wait, the faker your reply would be. its like if i call yoda a stupid mother fucker and replied me 1 hour later by saying, yay you too. the fucker should be expel from the klang council and umno immediately. no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

but i think this is the biggest, defy the sultan of selangor, citing bad health and was on a holiday. he be lucky its not the sultan of johor, else you can find his body along some alley in chow kit already. for this his datukship should and any honours should be stripped away. and all benefits and favours cancelled. no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

to built a 10million mansion, tax field audit asap. even restaurant or traders with fluctuating sales are being field audit by the lhdn. no but, cause joe public wont even be given a 2nd chance.

but the worst of all, happy-cock (zakaria), sobbing statement, that the fortress was going to be a monument for his children/grandchildren to remember him by when he kick the bucket. want a monument build a fucking statue of the happycock-lah, dick-head.

1997 again?

CONSPIRACY THEORY ANYONE?

Remember the 96-97 currency crisis and the subsequent forced correction of the KLSE? The same anomoly which wiped out a few decades worth of wealth of the Barisan Nasional leaders?

It was so crippling to the govt that they even invited IMF over for tea to discuss on the Malaysian economy.

I cannot remember most of the parameters/advices that IMF set for Malaysia in order for IMF to provide aid, but i remeber the following:

1) Increase interest rate - fiscal policy
2) Slowdown of growth to prevent overheating
2) Abandon Mega projects
3) Liberalise the economy
4) No bail outs of failed cronies

The PM at that time, TDMahathir was not pleased with those recommendations. A super understatement of him being merely not pleased because his deputy, Anwar, because he implemented the fiscal policy, TDM figuratively rape his butt and throw his ass in to jail.

Now 10 years later, Mahathir´s sucessor, Pak Lah has applied most if not all of the IMF recommendations (that i can remember)

1) Increase in interest rate
2) Scrapping the ¨scenic bridge¨
3) Slowing down of growth (involuntarily?)
4) US FTA
5) Not helping proton (?)

Pak lah did all this and all he got was toungue lashing from the old tun?
Should Anwar make some noise of Tun practising double standard?

Tun and pak lah are probably billionaires many times over already...for them to piss about over something (Scenic bridge) which cost just a few hundred million might be just an excuse......

putrajaya is like a fail simcity model.

while waiting for prison break season 2 and battlestar galactica season 3 download to finish, i was rather bored, and did not have much shows to see. so i decided to play some PC games since my sister has already taken back her ps2. bought some pc games but only to discover that my AMD 1.2Ghz is a little not compatible to play current games, so my hopes of playing settlers the heritage of kings dashed.

so i flip for some old games to play and found simcity. i think its 4. the sims in this simcity are one fucking demanding lot. they need medical attention, education satisfaction, parks, cheap taxes, low pollution, garbage clean and satisfactory accomodation as well. so while i was trying to meet their ever increasing demand, i realise, putrajaya is like a simcity build by a very novice player.

dont you think so ? i mean if you are a novice player, you are going to build that big park, put fancy buildings next to residential area to perk up their value and looks, hoping they will turn into mansions and villas. but soon enough you'll realised you have over spend and your income from taxes are not really covering it. so you start to take loans every year. soon enough simcity will give you some opportunity to make some serious money by offering you to set up military base, missile silo, toxic dump waste, prison and casino.

but when all that dont work, you start to build heavy industries every available space and leave out commercial. you might make it, but your simcity is choking in haze. eventually you stop playing, as your financial planner is always pissed off with a red face !

who the fuck is paying for putrajaya upkeep ? us the tax payers as well ? last i read about the embassy in kuala lumpur along jalan ampang, most of them are staying put unless they are renting their lots. i believe the american embassy has no intention of moving as well.

actually i do hope all this embassy stays put, caused if they go, you can bet your balls that they are gonna pull down all this beautiful mansions and built multi storeys condominiums and penthouse. you know how the kuala lumpur systems works, no system.

take a drive down to putrajaya this weekend, use the highway that pass upm via serdang, its much cheaper and nearer. drive straight into putrajaya city centre. you'll see every single ministry office there in big shining blocks. other than the civil servants and a couple of cars and bus, it looks very much like a ghost town.

unlike simcity you can delete the game and rebuilt if you dont like it, after all its only sim dollars and some sleepless nights. putrajaya unlike simcity is real and cannot be undo ! and billions had been poured into there already, offices has already been relocated and ppl mobilize.

if you are staying in putrajaya, dont be surprised, if you wake up the next morning next to a missile silo or the tentera darat diraja malaysia or the new putrajaya camp or even casino de putrajaya !

i do hope i am wrong.

who the fuck is TM kidding ?

i'm not sure whether TM advertised this on local papers, cause i got this off from Forbes magazine.

if you click on the picture, you'll see a larger and clearer picture.

the caption ?

"one company is making a world of difference in the lives of over 1.8 billion people"

"TM-the emerging leader in asian communications"

making a world of difference ? yes TM got that right smack correct, shocking the world with its shitmyx reliability and shit fast speed.

emerging leader ? i though singtel was no 1 all the while, where did TM get this idea of being asian no. 1.

oops silly me, i cant compare shitmyx with what TM sells outside malaysia.

just like its other big brothers proton & mas.

proton is selling triple layer tin cans in england and with leather sits, cd player, sun roof & sport rims at not premium price.

while mas claim to have won numerous airline awards around the world while making shitty losses.

which reminds me of this forbes article on the same issue. with this remark from a judge

"you got a bottom-decimal performer and a company paying top-decimal wages."

welcome to malaysia.

friday pre-deeparaya posting

During the july 2006 tax submission deadline, for all the 31 December 2005 accounting year end, all the professional bodies need to practically beg at the mercy of the income tax authorities to extend the 31 july 2006 deadline to 14 august 2006. this is very practical since the majority of the companies in Malaysia uses the 31 december year end. And after a VERY BIG fuss the lhdn gave in.

And now, for the tax submission deadline of 31 october 2006 for the accounting year end of 31 march 2006, the lhdn has decided to extent this deadline to 14 november 2006 after receiving a letter from the Malaysia institute of taxation for such a request.

Now I doubt that there are a any vast numbers of company with the 31 march 2006 year end nor the Indian community accounting/taxation firm were given this extra privileges cause you don’t see the lhdn extending the june/july/ accounting year end which the submission is due jan/feb which normally coincides with the cny.

This is actually our fucking lazy gamen attitude of working. Which represent the majority of a particular race attitude towards work. If you actually think about it, it is always about the gamen not the rakyat interest put to order. 23 october being a holiday for the civil servant means the bank Negara will be closed, thus all financial institution in the country will also be closed as well.

Remember sometime ago when we won some sports event and they cant even declare the next day a holiday but to be postpone to some Saturday day ? and they claimed that the klse need to be running due to international blah blah blah ? whats their excuse now ?

Even though the dead line of 14 november 2006 is only applicable to income tax submission, it indirectly means that most gamen office will not be running 100% till at least the 1st week of November. So if you got any urgent matter that you need the gamen approval or endorsement I suggest you do it today or else wait till November. Even most of our courier services wont reach anyway until next Thursday.

Short story is whether it is a pak lah or old tun or najib or hishamuddin, or whomever sitting at the PM throne, it is always about them, “government of the umno, by the umno, for the umno, shall not perish from the earth."

HAPPY DEEPARAYA

18% or 45%, ducky think the actual figures was never meant for public eyes.

18% or 45%

i think we are slowly heading towards russian policy many years ago, where they have like 3 exchange rates.

we will use the 18% when we need to claim that the malays are not reaching the required nep of 30%

when we need to show the world how progressive the malays has been since merdeka, the 45% or maybe even a larger figure might be used.

and lastly, to show that we are making progress towards 2020, a moderate figure of anything than merdeka days and maybe 20 years ago like say 22% might be used.

and if you are not agreeable with such figures, you should ask nicely. how do you ask nicely ? i have no fucking idea. there are no guidelines provided just like finas !

ducky thinks the asli report is true and accurate, the other figures which was made out of thin air was never suppose to be question at all. and the asli report was never to be surface. cause todate i havent heard a single logical answer as to how this equation came about. i mean if this figure was actually not made out of thin air, the moment anyone question it, an accurate pinpoint answer will be produced. because it is actually made out of thin air, the method of calculation cannot be produced just yet.

and if you had follow the suhakam inquiry on the bloody sunday, you would soon realised, this magic 18% figure will also be answers in a most mind boggling manner that will not make any accouting, financial, taxation or even valuation sense.

because it was actually made out of thin air.

malaysiakini on suhakam inquiry on bloody sunday

If you had read the suhakam inquiry on the bloody Sunday fuel protest in malaysiakini, you might be scratching your head in disbelieve.

First one of the FRU officers said that there was no element of violence that happen and was shock to the claim that FRU were beating protesters.

This is not shocking, as our authorities are always denying all sorts of allegation. Or the truth to a certain extent. Maybe he wasn’t there, so he didn’t see any violence.

Come to think of it, our gamen practically denies every single allegations made by any foreign media. Such as, the haze in this country is not as bad as what was reported. We are not mistreating our native ppl. There is little illegal logging in sabah & Sarawak. Our Malaysian Chinese are better off than the malays. My son and son in law has nothing to do with that. We do not have any immigrant problems in sabah. Etc, etc, etc.

But when the other police dude said the following, I was truly scratching my kapala.

“The Malaysian public is not mature enough. Bystanders passing by will be easily influenced and get dissatisfied and irritated with the speakers uttering scathing words about the government.”

“These words will provoke them to join in the rally blindly without thinking rationally,”

“Shouting, chanting and holding placards and banners were gestures of losing temper and these kinds of emotional appearances can affect their judgement,”

Lets recall back when khairy and his gang was protesting outside the American embassy, I believe they were Shouting, chanting and holding placards and banners and not mistaken, there was also fire present, burning flags and effigy. Then they pushed their way passed the FRU to go inside the American embassy. And this wont turned into a riot ! fantastic, I’m speechless.

I believe if suhakam had asked that police dude this question, he would not be able to answer. I though suhakam was doing an inquiry but I guess its only a sit down and listen session.

monday blues

The indon president apologise, so fucking what, is the sky any bluer ? hell no fucking shit. Matter of fact It don’t even look like it is going to go away. It rain like horses & buffalo yesterday and the sky was still as hazy like it did not rain.

Their officials at the embassy has already told us to fuck off since they fault us for not thanking them for providing us with a statefull of Kalimantan oxygen. And neither are they like storm of x-men which can summon the wind and rain.

Their officials at Indonesia pulak said they are flat broke. The only equipment that they can offer is their dick for putting out small fires like bbq & cigarette butts.

I don’t see any point any one making any fuss about the haze anymore, it is and will be an annual affair from now on. No amount of political pressure will even make them move a single inch to battle this hazy situation.

Else we nuke them with 200 tons of pork meat!!!

But if you put all these hazy days together, i doubt it can beat that Takaful chap so call internal memo of non deepavali greetings by muslim.

curiously isnt this inciting racial and religious hatred among malaysian ? then why isnt this chap being hauled up to kamunting yet ?

non action by the gamen only means it approve of it, silently of course.

i cant see any difference of the pope speech, old man lee racial remark against the muslim and this internal memo against the indians. on both occasions the gamen demanded an apology, and when one was given but by not retracting their remarks, the gamen demanded more. the indians in the country should so demand that right.

then there was that perak mufti chap trying to clarify the air on this issue that it is ok to wish your fellow indians happy deepavali but not to join in the celebration or any practice that is unislam.

then i should suggest that all those islam officer in this country that loves to check on ppl berkhalwat-ing or not puasa-ing, to arrest all those muslim that are playing with all sorts of fire crackers ready made or self made as these are very non islamic values. i believe these are cny celebration activities.

so if they cannot refrain their muslim ppl by not playing with firecrackers which i doubt so, please stop making all these ridicolous kongsiraya and deeparaya racial slur.

and if they wont, i just cannot wait for XMASRAYA. that would be explosive !

todays api reading is only 50 !

friday and saturday api reading were both in the 100 region, but cleared up on saturday evening.

today, sunday, looks as bad as friday and saturday, but the doe is only giving a reading of 50++ !

you believe this doe fellars ? i know for sure high api readings are bad for tourism. so is this a cover up action ?

the moment you touch down at klia, any tourist would have known they have been con !

but there is one i cant make how accurate it is. Jb is giving a reading of 141 at 11am today, but the northern part of singapore which is the nearest part to Jb is having a reading of 80 only. dont tell me the tambak johor makes 60 points in reading difference.

or maybe we dont use the same scale for reading the polution index ?

or malaysia is trying to discredit singapore by saying Jb is at unhealthy level which means singapore also has bad api readings.

or singapore is hiding its true api readings ?

i dont know, as politics are always very complicated.

this is from my house looking out at doe api reading of 50++.

the friday hazy post

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

It appears to me that you are not interested in combating this current haze situation for whatever reasons. As at to date, I have not read any constructive solution from your administrative office to overcome this unhealthy air from your lovingly neighbor Indonesia other than just casual peeing from the mighty hercules.

To back my accusation of you, I believe there was a cabinet meeting recently to approve 23rd of October 2006 as a public holiday for the civil servant. As a mat public, it appears to me again that taking a holiday is far more important than taking care of serious business in the country such as this hazy problem.

I have no interest to hear you say that you will set up a committee to look into this matter or you will be sending a team to Indonesia to investigate how serious the matter is. The very fact that the entire skyline of Kuala Lumpur has disappear is a good enough indicator that the haze has reached a serious level.

The only team that you should be sending over to Indonesia is the TUDM or the TLDM or the country frontliners nothing else.

If you need to reach the Indonesia president there is always the email or the telephone or just plain old snail mail.

I believe the readings in most places has reached about 100, which accordingly to the DOE is unhealthy level. But knowing well how your administrative office works, some great sufferings has to come to your citizens before you would even bother to lift a single finger to take any drastic actions.

And as usual if i do decide to sent this mail to you, the best that you can answer is, you would look into the matter.

I cannot predict how the Bursa will be doing next year, but i am sure the haze will still be here next year.

ducky.

itu jerebu sudah mali lagi

every fucking year is the same fucking thing.

about before or after around now, the fucking thick cloud of fire burnt smell would make its presence here in malaysia and its neighbours.

every fucking year we would sent some fucker there to make a formal complain. thats all.

then the mother would come back and tell us they are burning their crops illegally in indonesia.

no shit, we dont need to go over to indon to know that, we can fucking smell it here.

so what is the gamen doing this time around ? looks like fucking nothing to me.

pak lah is more concern abt his future as the Pm. his son in law is running around the country doing and saying whatever he pleases.

the old tun continue to make fun of pak lah.

so who the fuck is handling this matter ?

i got a feeling, nobody seems to care abt this hazy situation.

it is strange, you have an ass hole as a neighbour but you dont do nothing abt it.

i hope the haze cover up singapore as well, then we can expect someone with balls to go and fuck this fucking indonesia once and for all, with foreign preasure and all.

i believe last year syed said that it was not good to put foreign preasure on indonesia, as we were good fucking neighbours. i doubt indonesia see it that way.

i see indonesia taking malaysia like a dumpster, export their over populated population to sabah and then throw their fucking haze in our face.

and our gamen just sit there and shakes their ball.

oh yes i forgot, some influential person need to die from the haze before any action would be taken of course. then a committe would be set up to determine the dangerous level of haze !!! and a report would be out in like year. then its next year all over again !!!

isnt that great !

is csi for real ?

if you notice one thing about csi, they seems to be very concern abt the dead more than the alive.

just on a hunch of being a murder suspect, they drag you in and perform test on you. talk abt being fair.

the fact that the dead person was an arse-hole or a sosial nuisance is not consider. the cantoenese term "tai sei" is also not applicable, i guess a csi sees a drunk husband that beats the children and the wife is not encourage, but the moment wife out of anger and frustration of all the beatings she received, decided to pull out a magnum 44 and blow the mother fucker to kingdom come is just blardy murder.

how do you justify that ? huh csi ? must it always be everyone deserve a chance ? and murder is not an answer ? fuck csi, the social shit or a sampah masyarakat that is a nuisance and creates all sorts of social problem if eradicate should be applause, but csi sees it as muder.

how about a cop killer ? or worse still a family killer. imagine this crazy lunatic, comes into your home, pull out a shot gun and start firing away, killing every member of your family, somehow you manage to live out of whatever grace there is left in this world. since a lunatic person cannot actually be sentence to prison as they are not mentally stable, so they might serve in the mental institution whether they are pretending or not. so you are not happy, decided to pay this guy a visit, took out a parang while he is sleeping and hack him into 30 pieces. lunatic dead, you're charge with murder and you go to prison.

how fair is that ?

maybe all that csi horseshit is just entertainment, but i wouldnt know.

but the only quote i remember and liked was from csi miami, when horatio said "hidden for us to find". this is really like the chinese saying "cah tow"

the raya month friday posting

there is only 2 thing that the raya month is good for.

1. the buka puasa food
2. the holiday.

other than that, it is all downhill.

1. gamen staff are now extra lazy, thus slow working and hot tempered (bcoz they are hungry of course)
2. not only are their work slow, they go back earlier too. so friday is practically like a fucking 1/2 day.
3. come raya, all gamen office are practically empty, skeleton crew. you got emergency documents to lodge with them, might as well go fuck yourself.
4. the fucking damn fucking loud meriam buluh. so fucking loud that my windows actually vibrate.
5. my office boy walks slower than a tortoise now.
6. the courier company, pick-up times becomes much much early like 2pm-3pm. thats is like just after lunch.
7. the pdrm are now having extra extra road blocks for whatever reasons they can come out with to make extra duit raya, so now i buckle up even just for a 2km drive.
8. apparently some schools closed their canteen, when the non-muslim population are only a minority. ok, very subjective, as malaysian biz are always about receiving and never giving. but how much does it take to feed 100 school children ?
9. traffic is extra heavy abt 1 hour before buka puasa time.

do malaysians have phobia ?

i think phobia is a orang putih sickness.

i think it is most normal for orang putih to have phobia, but less normal for us (asians)/malaysian, i think. i believe most malaysian would agree. of course you cannot compare to eating a lipas. as that is more of a personal preference than phobia.

i mean if you are afraid of the dark, Achluophobia, our parents will damn whack kau you or lock you up in the toilet and off the lights, until your eyes are so acustom to the darkness that it shines like riddick. fear no more.

and if you have fear in flying (Aviophobia or Aviatophobia) which is not going to make much difference, as most malaysian dont fly, until no thanks to air asia now, everyone can fucking fly now.

and recently apparent, i read it somewhere, schools in the states dont allow peanut butter sandwich anyore. reason being, some kids are allergic to peanuts from being kept in a toooooo clean environment ! ok this is alergic not phobia, not related.

for any damn phobia, an asian parent will slap/kick/punch/whack kau/threathen/ until the child is totally free from any phobia, this save the parents money from sending them to theraphy.

the only phobia malaysian kids will have will be the fear of rotan, as the parent got rid of all the other fear by using the almighty rotan.

but i cant say for sure kids nowadays, spoilt and pampered.

malaysian chinese not marginalised ???

old man lee said Malaysian Chinese were being marginalised.

pak lah said old man lee statement was not fair and inappropriate

najib said it was naughty

syed said he was ter-nga-nga

"The Barisan Nasional, he added, was a responsible government that looked after the interests of all the communities and the Chinese, through the MCA and other parties, were involved in the Government’s power-sharing process."

ducky said you want proof ?

income tax public rulling 6/2006

Deductible legal and professional expenses

blah blah blah.....................

5.3 Preparation of accounts
(a) Ordinary expenses of keeping books and preparing financial records
and accounts including charges for accountancy work.
(b) Statutory audit fees expenditure [P.U.(A) 129 - Income Tax (Deduction
For Audit Expenditure) Rules 2006]

Non-deductible legal and professional expenses

blah blah blah.....................

6.3 Annual corporate filings and meeting expenses
(a) Secretarial fees.
(b) Annual general meeting expenses.

6.4 Income tax returns
(a) Cost of filing of tax returns and tax computations.
(b) Cost of appeal against income tax assessment i.e. to the Special Commissioners of Income Tax and the Courts.

for whatever reasons you want to think, this is what ducky says:-

bumi audit firm + bumi audit partners, quite a large number.
bumi tax agent & bumi secretarial ? very very little.

since both sec fee & tax fee is not a deductable item, i cant see us raising our fees in any near future, who the fuck would want to pay extra fees and cannot be a deductable item in the tax comp ? and further more our responsibility and accountability has been increased further. is like more responsibility for less pay.

how i see is the gamen fucking with my rice bowl here.

how about lawyers you ask ?

most of these expenses that are disallowed are already more or less being disallowed. such as properties and banking facilites.

inaccurate understanding ?

driving is all about good common sense II

I thought I answer some comments here, since it became rather long.

yoda

weeding out drivers would be a long and tedious process and might actually receive a lot disagreement from all level of ppl and further knowing our conutry benchmark, dangerous drivers might be only be those that has already kill someone on the road only.

grashung

driving is as dangerous as a loaded gun, put it into the wrong hands, ppl die. maybe the 3 point turn, balancing the car and the parking can be done on the jalanraya as well. so instead of you banging the pole, now you scratch the car, you fail, simple right ? cant hide that right ? open public test. yes yes how abt all those risk ? scratch cars and all ? are not life more important than money spent on scratch cars ? yes yes what if someone got knock down when they couldnt balance the damn car, then they should not have taken the test in the first place right ? it should not be because you have completed certain hours of driving and then you are allowed to take a test ? you take a test when and when you are ready and confident enough to take it, not other wise. how else do you suppose to have responsible and sensible drivers on the road.

You wanna bet those motor head out there with their modified tincan are not 25 and below ? a lot of college / universities kids are out there partying and drunk driving every single day. College kids are around the age of 18-23 ? Yes I could be generalizing, buts at least it is a reasonable benchmark. I have kids under 25 in my office, and every single one of them modified their tincan one way or another. And yes, all of them love to drive at break neck speed. Can I advise them ? fuck no. cause they’ll fuck me inside out when I do. Yes I also should not generalize my office mates, I guess I should also not generalize my office mates friends. And I should also not generalize those mat rempit. Am I generalizing too much ?

The point on the jpj officers being liable is to put some kind of accountability on them. By no means should the jpj officer approve someone driving test just because it is a normal cause of business. If you were to teach someone to drive, you can see and sense whether that someone is really ready or not just by observing them. Its not rocket science. Just some care and responsibility.

Wednesday, September 20, 2006

driving is all about good common sense

one of the thing that pisses me off the most in my everyday life, are idiot drivers.

i have said it before and i will say it again, driving is not rocket science. all you need to have is good rational common sense. without this basic skills, you might as well stick to public transport.

good common sense will tell you if you park your car inconsiderately with 1/3 or 1/2 of your car sticking out of the parking space especially on a busy street, you will create unnessecary traffic jam.

good common sense will tell you if you double park your car along a pasar malam street, traffic will come to a halt.

good common sense will tell you if you park your car near a junction at an alley, you will make it very difficult for ppl with less maneuvering skills to negotiate that turn.

good common sense will tell you if you tailgate someone at 100km/h, chances of having a collision with the front car in case of an emergency is high.

good common sense will tell you if you modify you tincan to reach 300km/h without doing anything to the structure of the car will sent you to hell faster than you can recite your religious belief scriptures.

i think it is high time the jpj re-look into its driving licence approval system.

doing a 3 point turn, balancing the car on a slope, parking & the "jalan raya test" is by no means testing a person ability to drive in a real life situation. even to the extent of only permiting "very" qualified ppl run driving school or those 10-20 hours driving seminar and the probation period for passed drivers are just out of date.

for one, the age limit of 17 has to amended to at least 25. no doubt about it ppl under the age of 25 are irrational when they on the road. patienceless and aggresive. i know, i was one of them.
i believe some time ago the parliament wanted to raised the the age limit to 21 but was objected, that some "students" need to drive to school/college/universities ! what kind of fucking rational is that ? the importance of students to drive them self is more important than the life of other road users ? obviously the importance of one own selfishness got the better of the legislature. on the other hand it shows the MPs understanding of the lack of public transportation in the country ?

other aspect that the jpj can do is to make the officer that approve the driving test of that particular person be liable as well if that particular person got involved in an accident which is proven to be the fault of that particular person out of the reason of lack of driving abilities and skills. this it self can already deter bribery to the jpj officers.

will all these ever happen ? never i guess in tincan country.

i think the pope meant what he said

yes. the pope knew exactly what he said, whether he was quoting history or not, he knew the consequences of his remark and he wanted the reaction of the fanatics muslim.

as you can see and read, the point is made.

extremist muslim around the world wants him dead. churches are torch. nun are threathen.

what part of his remark his not true ?

then why the apology ?

of course then not all muslim are fanatics or terrorist. the apology is to the sensible, reasonable and rational muslim that we also know off.

say you say me

Sometimes we ask a question when we already know the answer but somehow we insist on hearing it from being spoken by a particular person just to justify our curiosity.

Sometimes we raise a question, in which we have no idea what to do afterwards once the answer has been revealed to us but asking for the sake of asking.

Sometimes we ask a question in which we do not want to know the answer but made to do so just to prove to others we are fair.

Sometimes we say things we don’t really mean, only to retract it after a conflict arise from our misdeed.

But sometimes we purposely say things we shouldn’t say, but just to arouse the public opinion of us and later retract it but never ever really meant what we apologize for.

Why then do we ask and say things when we already know of the consequences to follow ?

Pak lah oh pak lah

Rm20 million state of the art security surveylance equipment and personnel for the Pm ? what the shit for ? who the fuck want to waste any fund just to waste this guy ? I think it must be for a Jacuzzi or swimming pool with waves and bubbles, or maybe a bowling alley or miniature golf setup. Or I know paint ball. Maybe state of the art computer to spy on all us bloggers. Better still steam and sauna room, complete with towel girls. Or is it some covert operation happening in Malaysia by the usa or some terrorist group we are not being told of.

I think the post of umno youth president and deputy seems to be the best position in this country. You can insult others, but others cannot do the same. For once I thought the Mca dudes are starting to grow some balls, but its just marbles I guess, the actual testicles are still being harvest. strawman argument by hishammuddin ?

You read that blog with his deep malay wording addressed to the king asking him to sack pak lah ? that’s some deep shit huh ? he must be interested in some free lodging in kamunting or sg buluh.

what the fuck are you doing pak lah ? wake up lah ? you have been sleeping for far too long. wake up and smell the shit. i think it is already knee deep. if you wait any longer, you'll be swimming in a pool of shit and spitting and swallowing shit as well.

please clean up your shit.

ok quick poll, if pak lah cannot do the job, who can ?

i vote for that cunning, sly and arrogant dentist, khir toyo.

pak lah wake the fuck up !

Question to the person that is running the country at the moment, as whether it is Pak Lah, his son in law or even maybe still the old for all we know.

Where the fuck is the country heading towards ?

I think our country is really fucked right now. We are no where near the Singapore republic, Thailand attracts more foreign investment than before we can even say selamat datang. Vietnam is opening its economic doors, soon enough it will another China. That about leaves us with the Philiphines and Indonesia, what a fucking bench mark. Maybe even Myanmar or Laos.

As you all know, Malaysia benchmark is one that compares with a weaker nation not a superior one. I believe both Taiwan and South Korea started their developing country about the same time as we did, look where they are now ? light years ahead.

Our LRTs which only appear in the late 90s, which Singapore has been using since early 80s, connect to practically no where. A useful transportation that reduce traffic congestion, that is somehow built conveniently along the path where the majority malays lives or where nobody lives at all. Outside my house window I can see 3 different track, lrt, ktm & klia/central. Which dickhead thought of this ???

As most developing nation concern itself of how to become a fully develop nation, Malaysia on the other hand pride itself for retaining a loss national carrier, a poor quality car, retaining its bumiputra status, an Islamic nation, an Islamic protector, welcome doors to millions of muslim buruh kasar from indonesia and filipina that creates problems, get the fuck out policy for non-muslim professional white collar workers that contribute taxes to the country and everything under the sun that does not contribute to the nation building of the country. Even if so, it is only for the main cause of gaining more power and money for the selected few.

As the years go by, I do not see my future in this country at all, it is and will forever be a malay land, which only has interest in promoting itself through only a few thousand handful of them. Why be a second hand citizen in your own country when you can do it elsewhere.

I know everything look fine and dandy right now, but I doubt it will last, as our leaders has no intention to move forward as they are afraid of losing what they have gain through all those long years. It has always been about them and it will continue to be about them.

stop and listen for a change

a little holiday with nature always change our view of how we have been seeing things. or maybe it is because during this little trips with nature we shut off our handphone, stop watching the tv, stop listening to the radio, have no internet connectivity, in other words we have gone back to nature and watch and listen to what nature has to say.

and what did nature say ?

close you eyes and listen.

i also want to be a MP lah

If financial instruments officers were caught mishandling the company’s money they go to jail as this is a serious crime.

But what happen when state level officers miss-uses funds specially allocated for the poor ?

Nothing. Nobody goes to jail or prison.

If the Securities Commission realized that your Company shares are in a suspicious state they haul you up to the SC and begin questioning you, together with a present of a policeman maybe. After that maybe the Bursa might even call you up to explain of the suspiciousness of your Company’s shares.

But what happen when a GLC does all of the above ?

Nothing. You can even have some senior SC or FIC or the PM to say, it is OK, as it is done for the good of the rakyat.

If you have unsettle traffic summons you will not be able to renew your driving license and road tax.

But what happen when a MP has unsettled traffic summons for years ?

Nothing, driving license and road tax got renewed as well. No policeman came knocking at their doors and they didn’t get handcuff and they didn’t even need to appear before the court.

If you joined in a protest of some sorts with the present of FRU, and you try to break the FRU line, chances you be having a bleeding head or broken back.

But if you are the son of a certain leader, then you can push the FRU as hard as you like, so that they can leave a small little gap for you to crawl through. Broken bones and bleeding head ? No of course the FRU like to be serving in vladisvostok for the rest of his life.

come next election, i think i would like to contest under the MCA seat in Taiping. Can ah ?

lets beat the traffic lights, its only Rm50 for kicks !

The very reason why traffic summons are to be high is to deter ppl from breaking them. Unless of course you are bolehland vip & vvip. Then it don’t mean squat. High traffic summons are there because our country has a rather quite high mortality rate involving traffic accidents annually. And this rates jump up quite significantly especially during those hari raya & cny festival.

Lowering traffic summons with or without consulting the transport ministry is irrelevant as because it has to be the dumbest idea these policy makers has ever come out with. With the excuse of reducing the rakyat burdens is even worst than lowering the traffic summons alone.

From tax point of view, fines and penalties are non deductable items as plainly explain in any tax reference book, expenses paid for breaking the law cannot be a dedutable item. This is very clear and easily understood.

So from how I understand this reducing the rakyat burdens is to encourage the ppl to commit more traffic offense, which in the first place is already being done without any punishment (double parking, illegal parking, overtaking on corners/double lines, illegal car modification, etc). and to curb bribe offering among the traffic offenders ? come on lah it will just be a simple mathematical recalculation, for what a Rm50 can do, now will be reduce to either Rm10-Rm30.

If there is any reduction, then it should be just to clear off outstanding summonses by 50-70% just like what those Mp got.

Actually present rates are quite low if you ask me, to deter traffic offenders, try increasing the present traffic summons from Rm300 to Rm1,000 at least. Then that make sense. To curb briberies ? installation of video camera on the dash board of all traffic police cars. Ya lah I know dream on. A waste of more of the rakyat money.

fucking budget 2007

Well I just like to assume that I was misunderstood in my previous post. And I wont comment on that.

Fucking budget 2007. Goodies to the poor and the rich.

Once again the budget under pak lah bring no goodies to the medium income earners maybe for that no exam fees. I don’t really remember how much was the school exam fees, but I don’t really think it should make a dent to the medium income earners, as most medium income earners don’t have that many children as well.

What that was wish for that the life insurance / epf be increase to Rm8,000 did not happen, is this to be left for election year ? if it is true, then I will personally spread this news around. Fucking Bn blood suckers.

We know why life insurance relief cannot be increase, we don’t buy takaful !

And to make matter worst, the tax rebate of Rm500 for the purchase of computer has been withdrawn and replace with a Rm3,000 tax relief. The difference is of course a lot.

Medium income earners taxable income are mostly in the range of Rm20,000-Rm45,000, unless of course have bad tax planning. The tax rate for this tax brackets are 7%-13%. Which means instead of a tax rebate of Rm500, the most you can deduct for a Rm3,000 computer is 7%/13% X Rm3,000 = Rm210/Rm390.

But to top it up the civil servants will be receiving bonuses for all the fuck up and time wasting job they did. Working for gamen Its like freaking holiday. 30 days annual leave, 5 days work, 3 hours lunch break on Friday, morning tea break, afternoon tea break.

I work in a accounting firm. We are the ppl that have daily transaction with them. Be it the custom, income tax, business registration, company registration, immigration, local authorities, etc. you name it, we fucked them before. you think they deserve the bonus like those ppl they interview on TV ? ask me I’ll give you a shit load. Its even Friday and I already have to start fucking the gamen. Fucking aye.

we dont want a new gamen, we just want them to be responsible.

this past few days the pps has been full of posting on merdeka, both for and against why there is a need to celebrate.

but surprisingly there seems to be more bloggers welcoming the merdeka celebration than those who felt there is nothing much to shout about after 49 years of independence.

some of felt that under the colonial rule, we might be better off, which i would agree. but i doubt our malay brethens who benefit much from it. which we wont go further into.

since there is much sentiment to celebrate another year of independence especially from the blogsphere, i realised as much as we F the gamen, somehow there is a level of acceptance by most ppl, that the present gamen is not really bad.

i dont think we want a revolution to bring down the current gamen. i dont think we want another may 13 incident and i dont think we wanted colonial rule as well.

yes malaysia gamen is corrupted, but which nation is not, maybe those scandinavian countries are not, but most nations have some level of corruption, but the only difference is the level of corruption and the acceptance level by the rakyat.

malaysia is not as corrupt as lets say, philipines, or indonesia or india or china or say south america, ok maybe we should be comparing against better developing countries. but maybe there is a need of some level of corruption to keep a balance of some sort.

i dont think we are asking for 0 corruption in this country. i think what we want is some level of accountability and responsiblity by the authorities. to admit their mistake when they have done it and to seek the rakyat for forgiveness. to be transparent in implementing project rakyat which the rakyat can gain full benefits from such development. not ample of white elephant projects which only benefitting those that construct it and the usage is irrelevant like all those rakan muda complexes.

i dont think the rakyat are asking alot. i put in more than a months work to be pay for a month salary, why cant the authorities do the same ? i am not rich nor am i poor. i am at the level where changes in gamen planning affects me one way of another. there are many of us in the same situation. maybe if the authorities were to be in our position at the receiving end, then they would understanding why we rant a lot of anti gamen sentiment. not because we like but it is affecting our livelihood and our family.

i have a merdeka wish, i wish that the ppl in power of the gamen, look back at them self when they were kids and all those fond and sweet memories of their kampung and school life before they start implementing new policies and developments for the nations.

is that too much to ask for ?

things must be really bad

petronas has 2 advertisement on tv prior to merdeka. i have not seen tenaga or telekom or other blue chips company's merdeka advert. times are bad ?

most of the dbkl flats have large giant flag been hoisted or stretchfrom one side to the other. but the only thing missing are those tiny flags on cars and bikes. gamen not given free flags this year ?

ever wonder why school holidays are always short of a week before merdeka, i guess its obvious that if merdeka were to coincide with the school holidays, most ppl will be on holiday somewhere other than celebrating merdeka in homeland.

rumours has it, passport will be more expensive after the budget this friday, something like Rm300-Rm500 and Rm600-Rm1,000. thats like a 67% increase. so a normal family like mine to go out of the country will cost me extra Rm2k.

why is it so important to promote local holiday ? we've been to local holiday, its the same every where, traffic jam and rubbish every where. why must out of the country holiday be limited to those that can affort any more. or is it a way to curb air asia cheap fares ? or is it our gamen do not want us to see how advance our neighbours have become. and by the way, june/july/aug the country already has a large influx of middle east tourist.

we want to see ice there is none in malaysia, we want to see historical sites there is very little left in the country. we want to see different culture, eat different food, we want to expand our thinking and broaden our horizon. we just want to experience something different. we want to experience changes which our present gamen do not agree to as it does not benefit them.

is that so much to ask for ?

What does merdeka mean to you ?

In light of the merdeka month and numerous merdeka post and pantun being circulated around. I thought I write something on it as well.

What does merdeka mean to you ?

When I think of merdeka I think of wars being fought, rebels and guerillas, oppression of the minorities, death and sorrows and the victors (survivors) of the chaos will raised their war torn flag to claim merdeka.

The thought of some pencil pusher going to London to sit with the Queen and then some time later shouting merdeka at the dataran don’t actually feel like merdeka.

You might not agree, or maybe I wasn’t there in 1957 to feel the mood. But are we actually better off being merdeka ?

Were the British oppressing us ? torturing us in some dark chambers so that we speak the queens english ? I don’t hear my parents complaining about the british mistreating them. Or maybe it’s only a certain quarters of ppl that wishes more political and economic gains from the departure of the british.

49 years later, are we any better ? are we really merdeka ? if you ask me, the same group of ppl that push for merdeka then is still holding on to that political and economic gain but with much bigger share of the pie now.

I believe merdeka would be much more cherish, if it was during the fall of communist in Malaysia and with the construction of the tugu kebangsaan to represent the war fought to gain merdeka, then I believe it would be much more remembered for than what it is today. As many races fought together for that single cause.

So what does merdeka actually means ?

The selfishness of a group of ppl that were only thinking of their wealth and power then and now but did it by claiming it was actually for the good of the rakyat.

have we really progress since 1957 ?

Happy merdeka 49.

THE BN SPIRIT!

they make me sick....To divert the recent bad light on BN, they, UMNO and MCA youth are trying to create their own racial ¨hatred¨ and try to suck everyone into it. Their oft repeated chants of ¨semangat barisan nasional¨ in resolving things could mean that they would sacrifice everyone to acheive their objectives?

hari ini jummaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

friday is the best day of the week. not only it is the last day of work before the weekend, its fucky the gamen day.

but before i start fucking the gamen i like to ramble abt ppl like us. i think ppl like us are a dying breed. we liked the 80s, the 90s was for partying and we settled down in the 2000s. we are not rich, we are not poor either, which is neither good nor bad, not poor enough to receive subsidies help and neither rich enough to make our investment grow. we are in a way stuck, glued to our balls on the pavement. we complain abt a lot of things because we are not in the receiving end of all these so call rakyat benefits, we are a bunch of disgruntle lot that has a lot of anger and hatred buried deep down inside us, and one day, we will explode.....or maybe its just me.

ok, lets fuck the gamen.

FLOOD

big rain yesterday, flood was all over in the city. traffic came to a stand still. the only mode of reliable transportation, the trains. but some trains work better than others. the flood was so bad, some police station actually closed its gates.

who's fault for the bigflood ? you can point as many fingers you like to the authorities, at the end it will only come back to us for being a litter bug. none of the developers will admit it neither will any local council nor glc will say its their fault. it is always our fault. remember when penang was flooded once many years ago, who did they blame ? us litter bugs.

HAZE

its like an annual event now, come june/july/august the haze from indonesia will fill our skys with wonderful dark gloomy whether. even the morning and afternoon sun cant penetrate the thick strong indon haze.

what does our gamen do ? nothing. absolutely nothing. we got the doe to give us the haze reading and i think its a big conspiracy. haze is at its thickest in the morning, but gets better by afternoon, to give us a reading at 11.00 am its like there is no bad haze, just moderate haze, if that is not a cover up, what is it ? and then the 5pm reading after the big shower/cloud seeding, where got haze problem ?

MERDEKA

with merdeka day coming up, we have been told to fly the jalur, and if we do no, we are consider not patriotic, its that like a communist comment, saying we are communist if we dont fly the jalur ? i dont know, i done really feel like we are merdeka after all this years. i dont even feel like our independence was something to shout abt, maybe unless you were there in 1957. there was no blood shed, no real struggle, just some pencil pusher went to england and talk to some ppl, then some years later we got our independence, the british dont really mind, cause by that time they already had robbed us off most of our natural resources for the next 10-20 years. does merdeka mean anything to you ? i dont, all i know since i was a little kid, was some 20-30 retards would dress up in some uniform and sit for some hours while some dozing off to watch more retards parade in front of them.

UTILITIES

we get dirty water from our taps and we need to use filters to filter through our water before boiling them. when we get foul smelling water, they said its a fucking chemical reaction. on top of all this, they have the balls to say that they need to increase water tariffs because there are ppl stealing water, they need to change existing pipes and the cost to treat water has increase, while all the while they keep selling water to singapore for dirt cheap price (yes i know, i know, singapore buy raw water, today its friday mah, cut me some slack lah). while doing all this, there is never a mentioned that our water will be clean. where is the clean water ???

electricity ? have you seen how this tnb ppl work ? i've seen a couple of times. to change a anything that resemble a tnb pole will require like 2 trucks. one to carry their personel and the other a utility vehicle. other than the man power they need to plant that pole, most of the time, you can see at least 5 of them sitting sown doing nothing. i even saw one got drunk in the afternoon and need more tnb personel to carry him into their van. splendid. reasons to tariff increase ? for their forex losses of course.

PETROL

now they have this advertise in most petrol station, harga runcit sebenar, harga subsidi, the subsidy is around Rm0.50. i say do away with the subsidy and lets us pay the full Rm2.50++ and dont say you subsidise our petrol anymore.

that is about does it.

Budget...........

DISCLAIMER : In the spirit of Merdeka, in which i traditionally celebrate it by observing the whole month preceeding it like April´s fool day, (i dont want to eat kali peng) i give you the following post....

After the world cup predictions, lets look at Budget 2007 predictions and probable reasons as well as the ¨beneficiaries¨:

1) Personal relief will be increased by another 2k
Reason: to reduce the general feeling of pissed-off ness of the rakyat
Beneficiaries : BN. Because the person with the income level of between RM 3 to 4k per month will be less pissed off.

2) Reintroduction of GST
Reason: To increase the cost of bribe and therefore hope to lower corruption(hehe). To make it more attractive for youngsters to opt to work in customs instead of police. Windfall every 2 months.
Beneficiaries : Customs department

3) Lower the tax of petroleum product
Reason: Reduce govt subsidy of petrol.
Beneficiaries : Santa Cruz Operation Microsoft Inc.

Three only so far. Will get more during the run up to the Budget. Although i am not remotely even well versed in Tax(ducky is but he is laying low for the moment), i would like to think that i can make some accurate guess as to the content of the budget. The secret of me being able to do this is that i observe.

I observe the changing of equities/policies/contracts in companies with Xtreme networking as well as trying to figure out Da Vinci Code-like clues from those policy makers. Example:

Da Vinci Code-like clues is when Bank Negara did not increase their intervention rate when the petrol price increase. (I actually missed this one. Damnit.)

Xtreme Networking ones are like when ECM libra shares kena sapu.....or when BCB eats up Southern Bank...

Finally remember my disclaimer before this post and dont come looking for me if this spoils your rice bowl ok.

ITS JUMMAT !

*** EVERYTHING THAT IS STATED HERE INCLUSIVE OF THE COMMENTS ARE OF INDIVIDUAL OPINIONS, AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, IF YOU DO, THEN YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY AN OXYMORON DICKHEAD*** (you see, vincent is helpful here)

jumaat, lets fuck them up again !

i'll make it a short one.

Penang majority are chinese, would it be logical to put a malay CM just to apeace the minority malays ? how about the indians ? and the other races ? should we also rotate with all different races as well.

there was this guy who wrote into malaysiakini, and suggested that the post of the PM be rotated as well between all the races, how about that ?

logically, this is malaysia, so whoever that sits at that throne wont make any difference. they would all be just sitting there with strings attached to them (heads up to you yoda).

want a malay CM in penang, take lah. while at that, why not a malay president in mca & mic as well.

tell you what, why not all the chinese in malaysia stop working and take a 5 years leave, and lets this jokers take over for 5 years and we will see whether there is anything left in the coffers after that, my bet , they will be begging us to come back to work, with the post of penang CM of course.
