since i was being pissed off with streamyx, giving newbies special promotion, i wrote to streamyx asking the same for existing customers, this was their reply,

That promo price only lasts for a while, then you pay normal rate again. But I guess that's better than nothing.
ei, I heard that all 66 bucks users have been upgraded to 1.5Mbps while the existing 1Mb subscibers all upgraded to 2Mb. You better test your bandwidth first
come to think of it norman, i've just completed my contractual 1 year with streamyx. if i take this promo, then i'll be contractual for another 2 years ! i guess i wont take the promo after all.
2mbs are u sure ? i better call streamnyx first. anyway i've been limited by streamyx for the past 3 weeks now for downloading non-stop !
